My Thoughts
Every time I read contemporary romance I am reaffirmed in my belief that it isn’t my genre. While many readers praise it as a standout within its category, I find it difficult to fully appreciate its charm. Once I reach the point where I’m not enjoying a book but still want to finish it, my interest in the plot and characters wanes. It’s almost like a DNF (Did Not Finish) for me, but with the satisfaction of closure.
That said, I can understand why this book appeals to fans of the genre. But, I’m not the best person to evaluate this book. I would love to hear from you if you have loved this book.
